I decided to make this for a change!
After the feast, it's time to eat healthy. Well, except for the mayo :P
1 can (270g) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (184g) tuna chunks in brine, drained
1 cup whole kernel corn
2 pc bell peppers, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1. Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly.
2. Chill until ready to serve.
