Tuna Omelette


1 can tuna flakes
2 eggs
cooking oil
dash of salt

1. Beat eggs.
2. Add in tuna flakes.
3. Season to taste.
4. Heat oil in pan, put in a portion of the mixture and fry.

Variations:
Use the tuna mixture like hamburger patties and put in a bun. Or serve it as a viand with rice and catsup.
