Maja Blanca

Well, I wasn't contented with the tiramisu, especially that I haven't tasted it yet, so I decided to grab a box of Cream cornstarch and look at the recipes at the back.

I saw this recipe and I got started with my experiment number two for my mother's birthday desserts! :P

Here goes:

1 cup cream cornstarch
1 1/2 cup cream corn
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups thin coconut milk
1/2 cup evap

In a saucepan, combine the cream corn with cornstarch, sugar, coconut milk, and evap. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into containers and cool until set.
