Tuna Primavera


Fiesta!

Lots of food!

My contribution to our fiesta celebration is this recipe.

I hope it will turn out okay! @-@

Here goes:

400 g spaghetti, cooked per package direction
8 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tbsp margarine
2 small carrot, diced
2 pouch (250g) Italian style spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
grated cheese
2 cans (180g) tuna flakes in brine, drained
1 cup cooked green peas

1. Saute garlic in margarine. Add carrot. Cook for 2 minutes. Add Spaghetti sauce and remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Pour over or mix with cooked spaghetti.
