I wanted to use the 50% discounted Sunnex grill-pan I bought at Lee Plaza so I choose this very easy to do recipe.
1/2 kilo panit
cumin
curry powder
salt pepper
Season the fish with cumin, curry powder, salt and pepper. Pan-grill the fish until done.
